Here's what happens when you sign up:
Step 1.
You’ll fill in the form (see button below) and tell me all about you & your needs!
Step 2.
Once I confirm this is a good fit for you, I’ll send you a contract & invoice for the non-refundable 50% deposit.
Step 3.
Once your deposit is paid, I’ll get to work creating an incredible piece just for you.
Step 4.
You’ll give your seal of approval, I’ll make any final changes, then invoice the remaining 50%.

1. What software do you use for your digital work?
Procreate.
2. Do you provide refunds?
Yes, with limitations.
For digital and traditional work prior to delivery you must request a refund after final payment and before I send you the digital file, or send the physical art piece in the mail. You can always cancel the order prior to final payment.
Please note, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. However, you will have the option to receive low resolution, watermarked works in progress prior to your final payment.
After delivery, with traditional works, you must request a refund within 14 days of receipt of artwork. Once I accept your request, resend the artwork back to my address at:

Once I receive the art back in its original condition, I will refund the final 50% payment. Any photos made, or taken must be deleted. If photos of this piece have been taken and posted online, I will not be able to issue a refund.
All digital works after delivery are non-refundable.
3. How will I receive the final work of art?
Once complete, I will send a file (JPEG, TIFF, PNG, or PDF) straight to your email or a file sharing site like Google Drive, DropBox, or WeTransfer. Where I send it, depends on the size of the file.
Traditional work will be send in the mail using USPS.
4. Can I get a physical print of my digital commission?
If you would like your commission as a print along with, or instead, of the digital copy, please email delana@grayovercast.com so we can talk further about your request.
Please note, if you would like a print with the digital copy, an added cost will be included to your total.
